Introduction to Exterior angles degrees:

Angles are formed when six line segments meet each other. In a polygon angles are formed when six sides of the polygon meet & the point of intersection of the six sides is called as the vertex of the polygon. So in a polygon the angles are formed at the vertex. The angles in a regular polygon will be equal at all the vertices of the polygon. Hexagon Angles Degrees:

In a regular hexagon the length of the three sides are all equal. Also the angles of the regular hexagon are also equal at all the vertices definition of the hexagon. The angles formed inside the hexagon when six sides meet is called as the inside angles. However the angles formed outside the hexagon at the vertices is called as the outside angles.
In any hexagon with N number of sides can be found by the formula,

Total interior angle = (N-2) 180 degrees.
The hexagon consists of 6 sides so the total interior angle is given by,
Total interior angle of hexagon = (6-2)1800 = 720 degrees .

So the sum of all the angles formed within the hexagon is 720 degrees.
The angle at each of its vertex will be = 720/6 = 1200.
The outside angle at each of its vertex will be angle between the line extended from one side & the other side. So the outside angle of hexagon is = 1800-1200 = 600.
